On-line registration is closed


Participants are requested to register preferably on line in advance by submitting the on-line registration form to the Congress Organizers.

If this is not possible they can send the registration form by mail (105613 Mr. Ryabtsev, Izmailovskoe shosse 71, Moscow, Russian Federation) or by FAX (+7 495 960 21 91) to the secretariat. Save on the registration fee by registering before 1 June 2009. Annulations deadlines: 50 % - till 1 June 2009; Non refundable - after 1 June 2009

Confirmation

The Congress organization comittee needs the following confirmation of the participant status:

• trainees, nurses and other mental health workers - confirmation letter from their working place department;

• students - the copy of the student ID card.

Key dates

Advance registration will be confirmed only if both the Registration Form and the payment are received by the Congress Administration by June 1, 2009 at the latest. Standard registration fee will be confirmed if Registration Form and the payment is received by 1 October 2009 at the latest. Registration received after October 1, 2009 will be proceeded as On-site registration fee. Registration Form without payment cannot be processed.

Confirmation of registration

Registration will be confirmed by the Congress Administration after receipt of both Registration form and payment.
