Submission of abstracts

• Abstracts should be sent PREFERABLY ON-LINE through the Congress website (www.paeeb2009moscow.ru) or by e-mail (paeeb2009@gmail.com).

• Abstracts should be submitted in English. They should be no longer than 300 words. No figure or table can be included.

• The first line of abstracts should contain the title (capitalized); the second line should include the initial of the first name and the family name of each author; the third line should contain the affiliation(s) of the authors.

• Below the text of the abstracts, please provide the following information on the presenting author: family name, first name, ordinary mail

• Please specify the type of session for which your contribution is proposed.

Process


All abstracts will go through the following process:

1. All abstracts will be reviewed by Scientific Committee

2. Authors will be notified by email of their abstract results

3. The Committee's decision is final

4. All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Congress Proceedings

5. Accepted authors must be registered for the Congress to be included in the Scientific Programme

6. The acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Congress Organisers

General guidelines

• Full papers with abstracts in English should be well structured and include the purpose, method, result and conclusion of the study

• An abstract is required for all sessions

• When completing a form, please refer to the "list of topics" to select one for your proposal

• The Abstract should only contain text. Diagrams, illustrations, tables, references or graphics will not be accepted

• Abbreviations should not be used in the abstract title

• Abstracts received after the closing date will not be accepted

• Responsibility for the accuracy of abstracts rests with the author; the abstracts will be printed as submitted

• Registration of the presenting author does not cover the other authors mentioned in the paper

• Registration of only the presenting author should be enough for the acceptance of an abstract

• Multi-sessions (symposia) might be organized upon special request and evaluation by the Committee

• For the symposia an overall abstract of about 300 words should be submitted for publication in the abstract book (if the symposium isaccepted)

•No more than two chairpersons and four presenters should be allowed per symposium
